My story

I am originally from Canada and now live in the beautiful country of Norway with my Swedish partner, our two vibrant boys, and three cats.

I feel so grateful to call this wild and enchanting place home. Being so close to Nature, the immense mountains, fjords and forest fill me with awe of the magic of life on planet Earth.

A turning point

The personal journey that eventually led me to this work is long, but the catalyst came in 2020 after experiencing a miscarriage following two years of trying to conceive. The pain and confusion I felt after that loss opened a doorway I hadn't expected.

I joined a fertility and spirituality program which helped me reconnect with myself, my body and my voice — chanting mantra, kundalini meditation, journeying and energy work. What began as a search for healing my fertility eventually unfolded into a spiritual and galactic awakening that changed everything.

Learning, Exploring, Remembering

During this period, I became certified as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula. I felt so passionate about the lack of care women receive in western society after the baby is born and I resonated deeply with the Ayurvedic approach so rooted in nature. I followed my curiosities and did courses in Akashic Records, shamanic journeying, chakra reading and energy work, accessing past lives, connecting with spirit guides and energy medicine. I also fell in love with astrology, and its language felt so natural to me like I was learning it again as I had done many times before.

I explored my connections to the stars, especially Sirius and Lyra and I felt this resonance as a knowing in my entire body. I am incredibly interested in our galactic history and the metaphysical sciences exploring the mysteries of the universe.

This period of growth and exploration lit a fire in me, similar to the passion I had felt during my academic studies. From 2015 to 2021 I completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations followed by a Master's degree in Social-Ecological Resilience for Sustainable Development. While I loved researching, writing and diving deeply into global and environmental issues, I eventually felt disenchanted with the academic world and the "publish or perish" mentality amongst other systemic issues. By the time I graduated during the pandemic, I had officially fallen out of love with academia.

But even though it felt like that chapter was completed and closed, I hadn’t lost the desire to deep dive, research and learn everything that I could about what I was interested in –it simply had a new direction.

Reiki-2018

I received my Reiki Level I training in Thailand in 2018. The first time I experienced the energy, I felt as though my entire body was buzzing. During the training, tears poured down my face as we sent Reiki energy to those we loved. It felt like being immersed in the vibration of unconditional love.

I knew Reiki was part of my path and something I would return to when the time was right.

Stepping Forward - 2026

By the beginning of 2026, with my boys in full toddlerhood, I finally carved out some space to follow my passions again. I began a course in Egyptian colour and gem therapy and started my formal training Transpersonal Crystal Healing. It felt like the final pieces were falling into place. After years of studying, exploring, healing, and motherhood, I knew it was time to make the transition from student to practitioner.

2026 is a 1 year in numerology and the Year of the Fire Horse in the Chinese zodiac — energies associated with new beginnings, movement, visibility and bold action. I could literally feel this energy lighting a fire under me and I knew this was the year I would begin my real work.

It has been anything but linear and there is so much more to learn.

I carry deep gratitude to all the teachers I’ve had along the way and for the gift of working with this high vibrational Source energy, which has given me the courage to live and speak my authentic truth and do what I came here to do at this incredible time on Earth.

Sekhem-2022

Then, in 2022, I found Sekhem. From my first training, the energy felt incredible — like going home. I was pregnant when I received the attunement and I could feel my baby basking in the frequency.

I couldn't get enough of the Egyptian mystery school teachings and I loved the combination of Egyptian mythology and spiritual science.

I knew Sekhem was another piece of the puzzle, but motherhood was calling me fully, and the energy work would have to wait.

Crystals-2008

My relationship with crystals began in a real way in 2008. At a meditation circle, I was captivated by an amethyst point on the practitioner's shelf. She noticed and said, “It wants a new home with you,” and gave it to me. That crystal has been like an old friend, traveling through different countries and chapters in my life, in a pocket and later tucked under my children's pillows.

When I bring a new crystal home, I welcome it into the family. To me, crystals are far more than beautiful decorations; they are tiny beings I turn to for support every day.
