How we heal
The body naturally has an innate capacity for self-regulation and healing. Social conditioning, our experiences, and the power of our own minds greatly influence this self-healing process. When we hold negative thoughts, beliefs, and feelings about ourselves—consciously or unconsciously—they can attach to the energy field and disrupt the flow of life force energy (Qi in Chinese medicine, Prana in Sanskrit, Ka or "vital essence" in ancient Egyptian). This in turn can diminish the vital function of the organs and cells in the physical body.Â

Energy healing works with the subtle energetic bodies to support the restoration of flow, encourage the release of dense or stagnant energy, and bring awareness to patterns that may no longer serve us.

Ultimately, we do not heal anyone but ourselves. An energy healing practitioner acts as a clear channel for the energy, creating a supportive space for the client's own healing process to unfold. Each person's journey is unique. When we take an active role in our own healing, we open ourselves to profound possibilities for growth, balance and transformation.
How I workÂ
Energy Healing and Crystal Therapies blended together
Energy healing and crystal healing are complementary therapies that support and enhance the other. In Reiki and Sekhem sessions, I incorporate specifically selected crystals to enhance the healing.
In Crystal Bodywork and Transpersonal Crystal Healing sessions, the crystals take a more central role. A full crystal layout is placed on and around the body, while energy channeling is incorporated into the session at times to support and amplify the energies of the crystals.

In this way, each of the treatments can bring together the unique qualities of both energy healing and crystal work.
